I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel apartment, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was exquisite, with tastefully decorated rooms that offered both comfort and style. However, what truly set this establishment apart was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Renjith, the lobby manager. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay was evident from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Mr. Renjith's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my experience truly memorable. The staff's professionalism and courtesy further enhanced the overall atmosphere of hospitality. From the well-maintained facilities to the prompt and courteous room service, every aspect of my stay was a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this hotel apartment for its superb accommodations and, most importantly, for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Renjith. His dedication undoubtedly added an extra layer of warmth and efficiency to my stay, making it a truly outstanding experience.

To start with is Ranjeet, the guy at the reception. When I reached the hotel, I left my phone in the taxi and Ranjeet really helped me get my phone back. He was really very prompt in getting my phone traced. In the end, without any hassle, the taxi driver after communicating with Ranjeet came to the Hotel and have my phone back. It was indeed a great and unforgettable experience !!! I couldn't thank Ranjeet enough for his exceptional gesture. My stay at the hotel was also excellent. The location is just fantabulous as you have everything around you from Chemist to Food joints onf with tailor shops. Taxis are always around. All in all a very memorable stay and I promise to stay there everytime I visit UAE as i keep traveling a lot. Thank you Ranjeet and team Al Diar Sawa Hotel Apartment :)

Parking is very convenient, check-in was fast, and my room was upgraded for free as there were free rooms. Didn't use the rooftop pool, but before check-out went there just to check it - looks fine for this price - if you like to touch some water in the morning it will be fine for you, as for me, I'm looking for the views or for the fitness in the pools, so it's not for me. Location is not really great, but just because there is ongoing work on the main road that leads from the hotel to the coastline and there are no pedestrian part of the road, but it is UAE, so it should be finished soon and that will not be a problem, there is grocery nearby and pharmacy, so it is suitable anyway. It was great to have a full kitchen and washing machine - very convenient.

The stay was more than value for money, it actually overcome the expectations. The beds were comfy, room service excellent. The pool was absolutely amazing, I could enjoy a morning swim plus an evening whirpool. Pool towels are provided. AC was not needed, we even turned it off. I must appreciate friendly and helpful staff, we were even allowed a later check-out by one hour. Two supermarkets in the close proximity - Lulu and Cosco. If you cross the main road, you will see a different face of AD - Indian or Pakistani restaurants serving delicious food for reasonable price.

-We stayed about a week in this hotel, good size studio with plenty of space, kitchen+washing machine +oven. -Front desk staff are very kind and polite, and they tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as it possibly could be that we appreciated. -Bed, pillows and blankets are comfortable. -Close to Abu Dhabi central bus station, there are two grocery stores, COSCO & Lulu, nearby within 5mins walk, and some restaurants and small eateries around.
